Greeting from SERVAS India , As per the advice of SI and with the consent of Area nations group , SERVAS India  organizing SWA Meeting  at Delhi in the month of March. .,

Agenda:

• Presentation of National Reports from Individual Countries after self introduction
• Discussion on Host and SERVAS Traveler qualities
• Improvement of Host List printing and quality of information contained therein
• Possibility of printing one consolidated host list covering the above countries in one single location and dispatch from the same location to cut down on costs
• Support and Buddy assistance to the needy SERVAS member countries of SWA.
• Strengthen the SERVAS spirit and build up a good network in SWA with special focus on democratic process in committee formations and greater transparency and dedication and  commitment
• Greater Involvement of Youth in National SERVAS activities
• 60th Anniversary Celebration and GA to be held in 2009
• Election  or selection of Area coordinator
